The Rainy Season has started......

Got this today around 1 in the afternoon

This is the time of year that the clouds come every afternoon, hang around for a few hours then disappear.
Yesterday afternoon brought these to us for about and hour or so......no rain but some  thunder.

Yesterday around 4 in the afternoon.

The outside temperature is currently 78 degrees, 42% relative humidity.

This has to be one of my favorite times of the year. Grass is starting to come back and turn green, dust is starting to settle down, and daily rains with bring clean air.  We are in the process of getting new gutters for the house, in preparation for setting up a rainwater harvesting system for next season.  We will start building a large cistern later on this year with hopes of having sufficient water for being self sufficient in the years coming.
With the plentiful rains we get here, they should fill the cistern and tanks within a week or less.
